The Youth Pavilion!
in 2009 we were very pleased to have a wonderful Youth/Teen program designed to provide a cool place for the younger generation to hang out and be with each other. This concept is now known as the Youth Pavilion. We are extremely proud and pleased to be partnering this very important venue with our esteemed good friends, long-time community supporters. For information or to become a volunteer or sponsor please contact: Sepideh Nasiri, Youth Pavilion Director 650-722-4319 email: sepi@namakmag.com Under the radically shaped tents of the pavilion, (away from those nosey but well wishing parents!) we invite and encourage young people to come out, hang out, listen to music, and as you say, "Chill!".While you are "Chillin'" you will be able to listen to live mixes by top DJ's, show us those killer dance moves on the dance floor, meet some local bands and pop stars, buy their CD's, and get them signed by the artists themselves, as well as meet with representatives of a variety of Persian Social Clubs, as well as Persian Youth Clubs from different Colleges here in the Bay Area. We can of course always use your help, so if you want to get involved and volunteer, or if you have a great idea that's perfect for the paviion, there's no time like the present! |
